TORI Spelling has filed for divorce from her husband of 18 years and has asked for sole custody of their children.
The celebrity couple tied the knot in 2006 and share Beau, 20, Finn, 11, Hattie, 12, and Stella, 15, and Liam, 16, with her now ex-husband.
Tori, 50, has finally filed for divorce from Dean, 57, after years of speculation regarding their marriage.
The actress listed their date of separation as June 17, 2023, and cited irreconcilable differences, according to legal documents unearthed by TMZ.
In the divorce filing, the 90210 star asked the court to force Dean to pay spousal support and remove his ability to request the same from her.
Tori has also asked for sole physical custody and joint legal custody of the couple’s four minor children.
Per the legal documents uncovered by TMZ, she has also mentioned she’s open to Dean being awarded visitation rights.
The TV star made no mention of a marital prenup in the filing, claiming the former couple’s shared property and assets need to be determined by the courts as the case plays out.
