The 6ft 7in former footie ace, 43, also once slammed a door so hard in a huff that it jammed and left her trapped behind it.
Speaking on the couple’s Therapy Crouch podcast, Abbey revealed: “If we go to bed not speaking, Pete puts pyjamas on. I’m delighted. I’m like ‘yes’.
“I actually call them ‘the punishment pyjamas’ because it’s like I’m not allowed to see his naked body as punishment. It’s so funny.”
Abbey, 38, also told of the door slam incident — which left her and cousin Chloe stranded in the kitchen.
She said she had sent the dad-of-four to the butcher’s and he came back with just four sausages for a party of 20 people.
Abbey recalls: “So he slammed the door.
“Me and Chloe were stuck in the kitchen and he went back to the butcher’s and bought the entire butcher’s.”
Peter admitted: “I was like a ten-year-old, like ‘I’ll show you.
“Got enough sausages now have we?’”
But it sounds like things get saucy when they make up — and she revealed she once wore nothing but a Burberry mac to pick him up from footie training.
