Australian Financial Review’s Luxury Property specialist Bonnie Campbell said the exclusive property would draw a particular crowd of buyers.

“The higher the price, the smaller the buyer pool. It is rarified air when you’re looking at a $100 million price tag,” Campbell said

“You’re looking at AFR-rich listers. Wealthy foreign buyers. But, it’s a tiny, tiny part of the buyer pool.”

The lucky buyer will also have access to all the hotel amenities, including a 24-hour concierge, valet parking, room service dining and access to the tennis court and spa.
