Kelsey Plum is an American professional basketball player for the Women’s National Basketball Association (WNBA) Las Vegas Aces.
Plum attended the University of Washington and played basketball there. On February 25, 2017, she broke the NCAA Division I women’s basketball all-time scoring record with 57 points.
Plum was the first overall choice in the 2017 WNBA Draft by the San Antonio Stars. In 2021, she was selected the WNBA’s Sixth Player of the Year.
Kelsey Plum won the WNBA Championship in 2022 and was named to the ALL-WNBA First Team.
She was also named the WNBA All-Star Game Most Valuable Player (MVP) in her first WNBA All-Star Game.
Plum won the Women’s 33 basketball gold medal at the 2020 Summer Olympics.
Kesley and her WNBA teammates, Katie Lou Samuelson, Stephanie Dolson, and Allisha Gray, defeated Spain 21-13 in a critical game to clinch a spot in the Olympics this summer.

Meet Kelsey Plum Sister Kaitlyn And Lauren
Kaitlyn and Lauren are Kelsey’s two older sisters.
Kaitlyn received her bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Davis. She is a mechanical project engineer with Mark III Construction Inc. She formerly worked at Sequoia Associates.
Kaitlyn Plum attended the University of California, Davis, where she majored in volleyball. In high school, she was also an active player.
Lauren attended the University of Oregon and was a USA Volleyball’s Junior National Team member.
Lauren Plum excelled as an Oregon volleyball player. She received two big honors for her outstanding performance as a player. She was named the Pac-12’s best setter in 2012.
Despite being less crucial than other players, she assisted Oregon in reaching the 2012 National Championship game.
Lauren Plum worked as a teacher’s aide for new Villanova students from 2020 to 2022. Plum ensured that the setters knew what to do and that the scoring plans were followed at Villanova.
Plum assisted at Villanova University with camping and training. She also served as a coach for young volleyball players at East Coast Power VBC and Coast VBC.

Kelsey Plum was born in Poway, California, in the United States of America. Jim Plum is her father, and Katie Plum is her mother.
Kesley grew up learning how to be an athlete from her mother and father, both of whom were athletes.
Her father was a football and baseball player, while her mother was a volleyball player.
Her father was an All-American football player for the La Mesa, California high school. He continued playing football and baseball at San Diego State University.
Katie, her mother, also played volleyball while studying at the University of North Carolina, Davis. While in college, she excelled at sports.
Daniel is Kelsey’s younger brother. Daniel was a football player at UC Davis.
Kelsey used to play volleyball with her sisters when she was younger. Conversely, Plum began high school and chose La Jolla Country Day School over Poway High School.
While there, she chose to play basketball rather than volleyball.
