FURIOUS neighbours of Duran Duran frontman Simon Le Bon say his endless building work has ruined their lives.
The 80s heartthrob and supermodel wife Yasmin, 59, moved into their vast 10-bed Victorian mansion in the 90s.

But since 2021 the pair have carried out extensive renovations.
Work began with an enormous 107-square metre dining room and garage extension before a 15m pool was installed last year.
But neighbours in a road parallel claim the celebs never bothered to warn them of the project.
Residents say since building began, builders have dumped construction waste in their road while a lorry allegedly blocked an ambulance reaching a critically ill pensioner.

One neighbour in SW London, told The Sun: “It was a real surprise when a massive van pitched up and blocked the driveway.
“It offloads a whole load of scaffolding and constructs it on our side of the wall. I was like ‘wait a minute, what’s going on here?’
“I am not starry eyed, I’m not fussed if they are celebrities. They are causing people frustration and they should be made aware of that.
“For me it’s more about the courtesy of it. We had no opportunity to object and explore alternative arrangements.”
The local council said they were aware of concerns but there has been no breach of planning permission or regulations.
Last year, Simon, 65, told how his children – Amber, 34, Saffron, 32, and Tallulah, 29 – still live at home.
A significant detrimental impact on my quality of life, and feeling of safety in my home
Resident objection letter
They live in a separate property with their own kids at the end of the garden.
Revelling in his homestead project, he told The Sun: “Most people downsize and go and find a little cottage in the countryside.
“But not us, no. We’ve got the grandchildren living at the end of the garden. The babies have taken over the house.”
But it was in December when Yasmin – once the highest paid model on earth – sparked fury after submitting plans for a 28 sq metre pool house.
NEIGHBOUR FURY
Objecting to plans earlier this month, one resident said the application was the final straw and left them feeling unsafe.
He wrote: “They routinely leave construction rubbish and mess on the access road.
“We have had the soil removal truck routinely turn up before 8am, and other trucks.
“This blocking has led to carers for an elderly neighbour in the back houses not being able to access his property and not able to provide his care.
“I do not believe any future construction will be any better and has had a significant detrimental impact on my quality of life, and feeling of safety in my home.”
The pool house will feature a bathroom and boast painted steel-framed windows and doors.
Yasmin has previously told of her love for her home, particularly how the couple’s three children “adore” it.
Simon – whose hits include Hungry Like the Wolf and Rio – spotted Yasmin in a magazine before tracking her down via her modelling agent.
They were married a year later in 1985.
Duran Duran were one of the biggest New Wave acts of the 1980s and sold over 100 million albums worldwide
The Le Bons, who are not living at the property currently, did not want to comment on the works.
A council spokesperson said: “The council has received a complaint regarding the works taking place and is currently investigating.
“At this point in time no breach of the planning permission or planning regulations has been identified.”
