Cops Find Missing Woman’s Car Damaged, Husband Named Person of Interest

Oklahoma police have named the husband of a missing Tulsa woman a person of interest in her disappearance.

Cassidy Ritchie, 39, has not been seen or heard from since January 20, and Tulsa Police say they believe some foul play was involved in the disappearance, KOKI reported.

They made that determination after finding her vehicle with damage.

Ritchie’s husband, Chris Morland, is a person of interest in the disappearance and is currently in. the Tulsa County jail on unrelated warrants for his extradition to Texas.

Tulsa Police Lt. Brandon Watkins said they have questioned Morland about his wife’s whereabouts.

“He’s obviously someone who could help us but so far we’re not getting the answers we need,” Watkins said.

Watkins said Ritche’s car was found with extensive off-road debris on it.

“We found the car on the side of the road, out there,” he said. “It looked like it had been going off road, had quite a bit of damage, a lot of dirt and grass on it, and so we were, again, that was another reason we’re extremely concerned.”

Watkins said family and friends described Morland’s relationship with Ritchie as tumultuous.
