ASHLEY Cain’s ex Safiyya Vorajee has sparked fan fears after saying she’s ‘feeling so much anxiety’ and suffering heart palpitations.
The 36-year-old opened up about how she’s been feeling with her one million Instagram followers.

Safiyya posted a selfie of herself with her hood covering her face.
She said in the candid post: “Anxiety – heart palpitations, palms sweating, irritated and restless.
“It’s been a long working day. Wearing a happy mask all day gets draining.
“Feeling so much anxiety today sometimes managing it can be hard.
“Especially when you need to focus and work.
“Can’t wait to be home off this train, take of my brave face mask.
“Working all the hours God sends me atm.
“Rely on you always always have your own back.
“Expect nothing from others that way we never feel disappointed. That’s the mindset I’ve had to build for myself.
“It’s sad but it is what it is.”
Today Safiyya took to her story to update fans on how she’s feeling.
“Another day… Another brave face,” she said in the clip.
She captioned the post: “A brave face is sometimes all we have when getting by in this world.
“If your wearing yours today keep going. You’re not alone because I’m wearing mine.
“Be kind to others you never know what they’re going through.”
Safiyya and Ex On The Beach star Ashley started dating in 2017.
They welcomed their daughter Azaylia Diamond in August 2020.
The youngster was just eight weeks old when she was diagnosed with an aggressive form of leukaemia and tumours on her lungs, stomach and kidneys.
The couple lost their daughter in April 2021.
In March 2022 the pair went their separate ways, but still work together as part of a team for The Azaylia Foundation.
Just last month Ashley revealed that he was going to be a dad again.
Ashley said: “The first thing that I did was go down to Azaylia’s resting place to talk to her about it.
“I believe that was a huge part that has allowed me to feel positive about it. I feel like she was the main person that I needed to speak to and to get this thing off my chest.
“After going to her resting place and speaking to her about it, I just had a feeling in my heart and in my soul that she was happy for me.
“She was happy that she had a little brother and it is now just someone else for her to watch over and protect in this world.”
Today he shared the news that his son had been welcomed into the world.
Alongside the photo of him holding the tot’s hand, Ashley wrote: “Aliyas Diamond Cain – 16.01.24, 4:32am, 9lbs 3oz.
“I will love you, appreciate you, guide you and protect you with all of my heart, for the rest of my life.
“& you will have the most beautiful guardian angel heaven holds watching over you and protecting you too.
“Welcome to the world my son.
“May your body be strong, your mind be wise, your heart be loving and your spirit be pure and truly powerful.”
