The 45-year-old’s lips looked bigger than ever as she pouted for the camera – sparking debate amongst her worried followers.

Many rushed to support her and hit back at any trolls, while asking about her mouth.
One person questioned: “Oh dear…your lips look like you have a bit missing?”
While someone else added: “What’s wrong with your mouth. I’m honestly not being nasty just don’t look right xx”
And another wrote: “Awe Katie what have you done to your lips.”
Defending the star, another fan commented: “Why is everyone so horrible to this woman . It’s quite disgusting to read the comments of I’m honest . Imagine posting a picture and getting these vile comments.”
Katie appearance comes just hours after the former glamour model s said it’s ‘sad’ that young girls are getting lip fillers, claiming she spent her career ‘looking natural’.
She told the Sunday World: “I think it’s sad that so many young girls now are doing fillers and lips.
“I’m not being a hypocrite because I do it now, but I did my whole career naturally apart from my boobs.”
Katie is no stranger to the treatments, having had multiple boob jobs.
She’s also been transparent about her facial procedures as well as lip fillers and veneers.
The mum-of-five revealed her new larger lips last week, revealing she had 2.6ml put in them.
Gushing about her practitioner, she said: “I absolutely love my new lips that Ellie’s done.”
