Saturday Night Live alums, real life BFFs, and awards show hosting titans Tina Fey and Amy Poehler reunited for a special 75th Emmy Awards addition of Weekend Update. Rather than tear into the celebs in the house, the duo revitalized their incredible SNL segment to present the Emmy for Variety Special (Live). The ultimate winner of the Emmy was Elton John: Live from Dodgers Stadium — meaning the great Sir Elton John finally got his EGOT — but really comedy nerds were the real winners simply because we got to see two of the best fire off some great quips live during an awards show.
