‘Children who decided to play adults’: Judge admonishes 3 teens who pleaded guilty in carjacking dismemberment of 73-year-old grandmother

A Louisiana teenager convicted of the carjacking and killing of a grandmother whose arm was severed when she was thrown from her vehicle, caught in her seat belt, and dragged was sentenced to life in prison with the possibility of parole.

John Honore, 18, learned his fate on Friday in the death of Linda Frickey, 73. He’ll be eligible for parole in 25 years.
