CYNTHIA Bailey’s ex-husband, Peter Thomas, has been arrested.
The former Real Housewives of Atlanta star was taken into custody for an alleged DUI.

Peter, 63, was busted after weaving between lanes and speeding through a red light, stated in official records obtained by TMZ.
Police on the scene documented that Peter was weaving without tags on his luxe SUV and decided to follow him, docs from last week showed.
Peter then exited the interstate and ran through a red light, police said.
Once they pulled the TV star over, they could smell “a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage” coming from the vehicle and that Peter’s eyes were “watery, glassy, and bloodshot.”
When police took him to Cobb Adult Detention Center, he was not allowed through due to blood pressure, so instead, they took him to the hospital.
Later on, officers obtained an arrest warrant for the Bravo star where he was charged with DUI and a few traffic charges,
He was then released after paying a $3,000 bail, according to ET.
This isn’t Peter’s first arrest.
FRAUD ALLEGATIONS
In 2019, he was arrested in Miami, Florida for fraud and faced claims that he wrote fake checks.
In a tell-all Instagram post, Peter revealed that he wrote a $4,000 check to a talent agency to book someone to perform at his bar.
However, his “checking account was compromised” at the time of the transaction.
He said: “The bank shut it down. That means somebody got my debit card number and was using it everywhere.”
He revealed that he didn’t know that he knew about the warrant for his arrest.
“Six days I spent in jail,” he said.
