It came after Helen, 33, candidly told how she would be spending the festive period without her three kids for the first time.
Now the Rosie Webster actress has taken to her Instagram Stories to throw shade at lovebirds enjoying festive fun.
Alongside a graphic showing a man shaking his head against the backdrop of snow-capped wooden huts, it read: “Me seeing all the happy couples at the Christmas Market.
“I hope you break up.”
Helen is proud parent to daughters, Matilda and Delilah and son, Charlie.
The ITV favourite shares her brood with her footballer ex Scott Sinclair, 34, but the distance between their homes makes co-parenting tricky.
In a new interview with Closer, Helen said the children will spend December 25th with Scott and their nanna in Bath – 190 miles from her home in Bolton.
She said: “My children really miss their daddy and they’re very close to their nanna, so they’re going to spend Christmas with them. I won’t have them for about four days.

“It will actually be the first Christmas that I don’t have my children.”
However, Helen still has festive fun ahead as she will be taking the children, and her friends, to Bali to ring in the New Year.
Now it appears she will be spending her time in the luxury holiday hotspot with David, too.
The celeb pair, who have been on a string of secret dates, plan to meet up on the Indonesian island.
He previously had a throuple relationship with Sian and pop star Una Healy.
A source said: “David and Helen are both going to Bali and will be spending time together.
“She is really keen on David and they have enjoyed some great dates as a couple.”
Ahead of the luxury trip, Helen issued advice for mum-shamers who are consistently trolling her online.
She said: “Kindness costs nothing,” during an interview on ITV’s Lorraine, before admitting she “didn’t understand” the mentality of the keyboard bullies.
