Soulja Boy‘s girlfriend and baby mama, Jackilyn Martinez, has sued rapper Blueface for defamation.
According to legal documents, obtained by The Blast, Martinez claims Blueface is spreading false information that he might be the father of her child.
The lawsuit comes after Blueface, during an argument with Soulja Boy on Instagram Live, remarked that he and Martinez had slept together.
Martinez denied the rapper’s claims, calling them “false,” and has now made good on her promise to sue Blueface for defamation. In her lawsuit, she’s accusing the rapper of negatively impacting her career and implying that she is “promiscuous.”
Soulja Boy’s Baby Mama Sues Blueface
Martinez is accusing Blueface of defamation, specifically claiming that the rapper’s latest comments about them allegedly “hooking up” have implied acts of “dishonesty and inappropriate, improper, and wrongful misconduct” on her part.
The document reads, “the defamatory statements tended to directly injure and impugn [Martinez], with respect to [her] offices, professions, trades, vocational capacity, businesses and reputation.” It further notes that Martinez works in a “business where attitude, trust, stability, being level-headed were not only valued but imperative.”
According to Martinez, the rapper’s statements have greatly sullied her reputation and, put into question her loyalty to her boyfriend, Soulja Boy. Martinez is now requesting compensation for “general damages in an amount within the jurisdictional limits of” the court.

She is also requesting compensation for “medical expenses,” “loss of earnings,” and “loss of earning capacity,” and for the rapper to cover the cost of her attorney’s fees and the cost of the lawsuit.
What Exactly Did Blueface Say?
The lawsuit is a result of a comment made by Blueface during a heated argument with Soulja Boy.
The rapper said on an Instagram Live, “I already f—– your baby mama… I already beat you to the punch. I f—– your baby mama the day before your baby shower.”
He also claimed on X, formerly known as Twitter, that it “might be my kid he ain’t even get the DNA test.”
Martinez slammed the comments, writing, “The statements made about me are defamatory and false and my lawyers have sent a cease and desist to Blueface.”
Blueface has yet to respond to the lawsuit.
