The group is attempting to hit the coveted Christmas No. 1 spot with a song they have recorded together.

They covered the 1973 Wizard hit I Wish It Could Be Christmas Everyday, and will be using the venture to raise funds for the Trussell Trust charity.

In a chat with the sun, Amy-Jo revealed who their biggest competition for the top spot on the charts is – while making a joke at his expense.

She said: “Sam Ryder is 100 per cent our biggest competition. I quite like the song but it’s not as good as ours obviously.

“I just think because our song is a charity song. I just think it’s so important to raise as much as we can possibly can for the Trussell Trust. And I don’t think Sam Ryder’s song is for charity, is it?

“It’s just so important to try and raise as much as we can for the UK food banks and to try and get as much help as we can for people that need it for Christmas.”

After the gentle dig the mum went on to share how Creator Universe will commemorate their big win if they succeed.

She added: “I would probably just do what I normally do and jump around my living room and with my family and have a glass of wine to celebrate.

“And I would imagine that we’d all jump on a zoom call and celebrate together as well.

“Or probably do a TikTok live and everyone celebrate together with all of our followers as well, because obviously without them, we couldn’t do this.”
