Jersey Shore’s Mike ‘The Situation’ Sorrentino says he had a ‘cocaine-fueled orgy’ and ‘devil’s threesome’ with co-star

JERSEY Shore star Mike Sorrentino revealed all about his wild antics during filming of the show in his new book.

Nicknamed ‘The Situation’, Mike was a well-loved cast member of the reality television show and has now released a book about all the gory details.

Mike said he was addicted to prescription drugs during his time on the show.

His story is detailed in his new memoir book, Reality Check: Making the Best of The Situation – How I Overcame Addiction, Loss, and Prison. 

Mike admits he spent about half a million dollars on pills.

“When you think of that number, when you hear that number, that’s a good college fund right there,” he reflected. “I was wild. I was careless. I was reckless, and I fell prey to drug addiction.”

He was being dealt drugs from an employee at a tanning salon.

“Despite being mic’d up and filmed twenty-four hours a day, I was able to silently communicate my wishes to the tanning salon owner, and the next thing I knew, I had a regular supply of pain pills delivered to me at the tanning salon,” Mike admitted.

He also went on to admit that he was taking drugs regularly while on Dancing With The Stars in 2010.

“I needed those pills for DWTS. That was one of the hardest shows I’ve ever done. I practiced eight hours a day, popping six Perc thirties every few hours.”

Mike opened up about the time we took too much cocaine while having an orgy.

He wrote that he ”Always strategized [his] drug intake,” but took too much after an angry spell where Ronnie Ortiz-Magro confronted him about his addiction.

Mike claimed he was “in a horrible mental space,” and “hit a wall, literally and figuratively.”

Mike’s life continued to spiral in 2018, when he pleaded guilty to one count of evading taxes on $123,000 in income, and was sentenced to eight months in prison.

The Jersey Shore star even opened up about his friendships on the show, where he admitted he knew two co-stars before they started filming.

Mike said he knew Angelina Pivarnick before filming as the pair had “hooked up,” a few times.

The star sneakily added that he thought she acted differently on camera compared to real life.

He also knew  Sammi “Sweetheart” Giancola “a little bit,” before filming as they were in the same clubbing crowds.

He even admitted to having “a devil’s threesome in Miami with Vinny and a girl we brought home from the club.”

MTV never aired the threesome with Mike and Vinny Guadagnino.

Mike originally announced the release of his book in July and posted the cover on Instagram.

He added the caption: “Reality Check is my story of Hope, Loss, Love and Redemption. About hitting rock bottom but never giving up. It’s the first time I’ve been able to truly share my full story, and I didn’t leave anything out.

It was important of me to be completely honest about how deep my drug addiction ran and to tell all the crazy stories from those years, as well as how hard I worked to find a lasting sobriety.

I wrote about trying heroin, losing the love of my life, finding myself broke and homeless, and how when everything seemed lost, I refused to give up.”

He concluded: “I tell some hilarious, behind the scenes stories from Jersey Shore, and reveal what my first impressions were of all my castmates. Hint: I had previously dated one.”
