This Florida man was rather flippant about paying for his Waffle House tattoo.
The Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office says in an arrest affidavit that Max Krejckant, 33, went to Ink Godz tattoo parlor in St. Petersburg on Dec. 2 and asked for a Waffle House tattoo. The artist completed the $250 piece of body art, but once it was time to pay up, Krejckant claimed he didn’t have his debit card, nor did he have enough money in the bank. He also refused other payment options, the affidavit said.

The cops were called and they searched him and he only had $6 in cash on him. They arrested him on a petit theft charge. Krejckant, who lives in nearby Clearwater, was intoxicated, according to cops.

Ink Godz owner Neil Marcus told The Smoking Gun website that he made the tattoo in black and white because Krejckant was too cheap to request to add the iconic yellow coloring, which would have added $100 to his bill. Marcus told the outlet that spring breakers sometimes try to get away without paying but it doesn’t typically happen during the holiday season.

The parlor posted a picture of the tattoo, which was placed on Krejckant’s leg.
Krejckant was taken to the Pinellas County Jail where he has since paid the $150 bond. A judge appointed him a public defender and he has pleaded not guilty. On Krejckant’s Facebook page, he has pictures of his other tattoos, including one paying homage to the band Insane Clown Posse.
