A popular brand of Greek Tzatziki sold at supermarkets across Australia has been recalled over allergen fears.

Quality Food World pulled its Fifya Greek Tzatziki product off shelves after it was found to have incorrect labelling that could put people with a milk intolerance at risk.

The product states it is dairy-free on the lid, however, milk is included in the ingredients list and the product.

The product has been available for sale at independent retailers including IGA in NSW, QLD, TAS, SA, WA.

It has been available for sale at Coles Local and independent retailers including IGA in VIC.

The recalled product has a best-before marking of April 30 – May 30, 2024.

Consumers who have a milk allergy or intolerance could have a reaction if the product is consumed.

Customers with the recalled products can return it to the place of purchase for a full refund.
