During their visit to the Northamptonshire property, they found an unauthorised pond and pontoon – which one riled up resident claims has caused issues for locals.
They said the building work, for what Jo allegedly uses as a pool and diving board, smashed a hole through one homeowner’s pipes, reports the MailOnline.
Neighbours have even claimed that Jo built up an eight foot pile of soil to block out the view of neighbouring farm buildings.
Conservationists at the local council have now said the development, which Jo didn’t get planning permission for, “intrudes” on the rural setting her Grade II-listed farmhouse sits on.

Following the ordeal, West Northamptonshire Council granted the 68-year-old retrospective permission for the pond but ordered her to demolish the earth mound.
Officials have said it must be bulldozed within six months.
The TV personality moved into her home back in 2019.
Jo vowed to embrace the “off-grid” style of living and now generates all of her own power and grows her own veg.
It comes after Jo previously called in ghostbusters to the property after believing it was haunted.
According to paranormal investigators, Jo has three spirits in her pad.
The mum-of-three is set to appear on TV show Celebrity Help! My House Is Haunted early next year.
The Sun Online has approached Jo for comment.
