Who is Thomas Niarhos?
The suspect, purportedly searched out Hawkins, prompting a contention during which the suspect discharged a solitary shot at Hawkins’ face. Witnesses revealed that Hawkins swung a tire at the suspect trying to incapacitate him.
After the underlying shot, Hawkins fell, and the suspect discharged a subsequent time prior to dropping the firearm and leaving. Observers confined the suspect until the appearance of Pottstown Police. Hawkins was found with an evident shot injury to the head and was articulated dead at Pottstown Medical clinic. A post-mortem discovered that Hawkins had been shot once in the side of his face at short proximity, with the reason for death recorded as a discharge twisted to the head.
The suspect faces charges of first-degree murder, third-degree murder, having a gun as a minor, having an instrument of wrongdoing, and conveying a gun without a permit. He was summoned on November 22 and, as no bail is accessible for the top charge, was remanded to the Montgomery Province Youth Center. It is indistinct whether the suspect has held a lawyer, and a primer hearing is booked for Thursday.
