Police have arrested and charged a man over the shooting death of another man in a regional town north-east of Perth.
The victim, 32, died after he was allegedly shot in the head during an altercation in Wooroloo on Saturday.
Police said the deceased man was found on a Needham Road with a gunshot wound to his head about 7.20am on Saturday.
He was flown to Royal Perth Hospital, where he later died.
After an extensive search, police arrested a 35-year-old man in connection to the incident and charged him with murder.
He has been refused bail and is due to appear in court today.
Police allege the man was shot dead after an altercation allegedly broke out between four men in a Toyota Rukus and residents of a Wooroloo property.

It’s believed two men fled the area on foot after the victim was shot.
Residents were then warned to stay inside and keep their doors locked.
Police have since reassured the whereabouts of the missing people no longer pose any immediate threat to public safety.
Police are calling for the public to call police if they have information about the whereabouts or identity of the others.
Detectives are seeking dashcam vision showing either the movements of a blue Toyota Rukus wagon, with registration ‘1HZW 926’, or any person seen walking or running on Needham Street, Wooroloo, between Liberton Road and Dinsdale Road, between 7am and 8:30am.
