The 35-year-old said that there is one rule and that is he can’t have anything too expensive.
At a gig this weekend she revealed that she takes birthdays very seriously.
“This week my son turns 11 years old. Can you believe that? We have got a busy week coming celebrating him. He is very much like me because I take my birthday very seriously,” she said.
“So it is a whole week or a month celebration which I think everyone should treat their birthday like,” the star added.
Adele is fiercely private when it comes to her son and doesn’t share any photographs of him.
She shares her son with her ex-husband Simon Konecki, who she split from in 2019 after seven years together.
This comes as she made the decision to stop drinking earlier this year.
“I stopped drinking maybe like three and a half months ago. It’s boring. I mean I was literally borderline alcoholic for quite a lot of my twenties, but I miss it so much.”

This comes as she revealed she collapsed backstage during her Las Vegas residency due to a sciatica attack.
She said how a member of her production team found her unable to move backstage after a flare-up of the spinal condition.
She told fans: “They picked my whole body up off the floor.”
Adele also had to take time out during the show at the weekend, and said: “I am going to sit down and rest my sciatica.”
She has only recently returned to The Colosseum at Caesars Palace after a month-long break in her Weekends With Adele shows, which run until November.
She previously revealed she is often forced to “waddle” due to her condition which can cause pain down one or both legs from the lower back.
She had been trying to alleviate the symptoms by hitting her gym in her Beverly Hills mansion.
But she soon suffered a setback.
She said: “Early on this year I started bragging about my sciatica, I wasn’t feeling it any more. Then God brought it back.”
