Chloe Madeley hits back at mum-shamers as she begs trolls to stop targeting her

CHLOE Madeley has hit back at mum-shaming trolls who have been judging her parenting style.

The personal trainer, who is the daughter of famous TV hosts Richard and Judy, had a cute baby girl with James Haskell last August.

She feels that her life in the limelight has led to scrutiny on the decisions she makes about baby Bodhi – and Chloe won’t have it.

The 36-year-old has taken to Instagram to share a plea for followers to “live and let live” when it comes to parenting.

She wrote: “It amazes me how many women slam other women for sharing their own experiences of motherhood, especially when caveated with sentences like ‘I know it’s not like this for everyone, but for me…’

“Please understand that everyone’s experiences are different, and we should be allowed to share our own without judgement.

“It’s wonderful that so many women are now praised for sharing their negative times, less so that those who share their positive are then reprimanded.

“Live and let live. We are not all the same, and that’s NOT a bad thing.”

Chloe has previously spoken to the Sun about how she finds it important to stand up for herself as a mother.

She said: “I’m not on Twitter because I have no interest in reading what anyone has to say on that website.

“But I do definitely think, when we started filming Bodhi was only six or seven months old and I didn’t need to strap her into her high chair because she couldn’t pull herself out of it.

“You do realise that people might watch this and be like ‘why isn’t she strapping her in?’ Things like that play on your mind and you think ‘oh God, are people going to pick up on that? Are people going to criticise that?’

“I think we all deal with it differently, sometimes I respond.

“I’m not a big believer that you should take the high ground and stay quiet.

“I think it’s important to set an example to other people who are reading my stuff or watching my stuff, that it’s okay to stick up for yourself and it doesn’t make you a weak person, sometimes it makes you a strong, capable and self-aware person.”
