The kidnapping case of young Charlotte Sena, who was abducted over the weekend, has finally been resolved!
The suspected abductor, identified as Craig Ross Jr., recently became the talk of the town after authorities tracked him down and rescued the poor 9-year-old girl from his evil clutches. Unfortunately, the kidnapper is not the only one preying on young children.
The abductor’s brother, Charles “Chuck” Ross, allegedly had a history of stalking kids and women. Days before the kidnapping case, his older sibling was arrested for taking unsolicited pictures of his victims. Talk about a family that preys!

Charlotte, a young child from Greenfield, New York, disappeared on Saturday while riding at a campground with her family and friends. Per ABC News, the 9-year-old girl had been riding with her friends before vanishing into thin air on her solo last lap around the Moreau Lake State Park.
Her disappearance sent her loved ones into a panic, and they solicited the help of other campers to search for Charlotte. Unfortunately, they realized the gravity of the situation around 6:45 p.m. when the girl’s mom discovered her abandoned bike.
Terrified for Charlotte’s safety, the family alerted the police, and an Amber Alert was issued for the missing 9-year-old. The massive search had entered its third day when authorities finally made a breakthrough in the case.
Reflecting on the heartbreaking incident in a news conference, New York Governor Kathy Hochul revealed the mysterious kidnapping began unraveling at around 4:20 a.m. Monday morning. A car pulled up at the Sena’s family residence to drop a ransom note in their mailbox.
Unbeknownst to the driver, local police had been watching the home while Charlotte’s parents were at the campsite. Fortunately, the ransom letter was not handled by a professional abductor as it held a fingerprint, which authorities matched to Craig at 2:30 Monday afternoon from a 1999 DWI arrest.
Authorities tracked down the 47-year-old suspect, who was hiding in a camper behind his mother’s double-wide house. “After some resistance, the suspect was taken into custody,” the governor revealed. Following Craig’s arrest, Charlotte was discovered tucked inside a cabinet.

“She knew that she was being rescued. She knew that she was in safe hands,” Hochul said. The 9-year-old’s parents were notified of her safety at 6:32 p.m. ET. As for Craig, the suspected child predator remained in police custody and was undergoing questioning for his actions.
Although the governor noted it was a “traumatic event” for the family, she stressed that the takeaway here was Charlotte’s reunion with her family. “She’ll be going home. That’s the story,” the New York politician said. “Charlotte will be going home.”
The Sena family expressed similar sentiments, noting they were grateful for their daughter’s return as a happy outcome did not typically happen in such heartbreaking cases.
Charlotte’s Abductor’s Brother Involved In Child Pornography
Following news of the 9-year-old’s rescue, the public reflected on the case, with many bashing the terrible Ross siblings. “Craig Ross, Jr. was just booked for the abduction of Charlotte Sena. She was found two miles from the Sena home. Charles Ross, Craig’s older brother, was just in court on Sep. 29th for stalking. Both are rabid MAGA Trumpers,” a fan explained.

Thankfully for this little girl’s sake, Craig Ross Jr. is an absolute f—ing idiot,” another X user penned with a third echoing similar thoughts, writing: “Thank God he was a straight-up moron. ‘Hand delivered the ransom note.’ Golden. #CharlotteSena”
One person shared further details about the case, revealing: “The man accused of abducting #CharlotteSena has been arraigned in Milton Town Court on kidnapping charges. Craig Ross Jr., 46, is currently held at the Saratoga County Jail. His mug shot has been posted.”

As stated, Craig is not the only Ross sibling with a history of preying on young girls. Days before he was arrested for Charlotte’s kidnapping, his older brother Charles was taken in for allegedly posting sexual photos and videos of women and girls on Instagram.
As shared by Times Union, the 62-year-old was charged by Saratoga Springs police with a fourth-degree stalking charge following investigations into an account that housed snaps of women and girls jogging at the Saratoga Spa State Park.
Following his arrest, Charles was arraigned in City Court but regained his freedom on bail. Unfortunately, this was not the 62-year-old’s first crime.
