Huge 90s band reunite to mark 25yrs since release of their hit album – and they’re playing the UK next month

ONE of the nineties biggest bands are reuniting to mark a quarter of a century since their hit second album.

The Bluetones are going on tour to celebrate Return To The Last Chance Saloon, which had four successful singles.

The indie rock band – originally made up of Mark Morriss, Adam Devlin, Scott Morriss, Eds Chesters and Richard Payne – shot to fame in 1993.

Over the years they have released six studio albums, with their debut, Expecting To Fly, hitting the top spot in the UK charts in 1996.

Their others include: Return to the Last Chance Saloon, Science & Nature, Luxembourg, The Bluetones and A New Athens.

Some of their best songs from over the years include Bluetonic, Slight Return, Castle Rock, Solomon Bites the Worm and Autophilia.

The band was active between 1993 and 2011.

Four years later fans were left over the moon when they revealed that they were going to reunite for a tour.

They’re about to tour the UK again next month.

The band will be perfomring on stage in different venues.

Those include Norwich, Exeter, Southampton, Margate, Glasgow, Newcastle and Sheffield.

They will also be visiting Birmingham, London, Bristol, Manchester and Brighton for their Return To The Last Chance Saloon.
