Riding’s family is today coming to terms with her death, describing the teen as “one of a kind”.

“Our beautiful girl tragically died late last night,” her sister said.

”She was someone no matter what was happening in her life she would again and again help you first and that’s where a lot of her troubles stemmed from.

“Our hearts are shattered we have no words our beautiful girl the one who made our family whole is gone and there is no bringing her back.”

The 19-year-old male driver suffered minor injuries and was taken to hospital.

Police said they had noticed the car before the fatal crash but hadn’t stepped in to stop the vehicle.

Now officers are investigating what caused the crash.
