The buyers FIJPTC – a trustee company for the estate of late strip-club owner and pornographer Paul Raymond – have revealed plans to revamp a key feature of the Georgian townhouse.

Likely to have been the celebrity chef’s favourite spot in the house, the new owners will be making the kitchen into a open-plan dining and living area.

Ownership records at the Land Registry show the sprawling eight-bedroom home in Highgate, north London was sold for £15 million in June 2022.

The details of the sale have only just been released and show that family-style chef knows how to sell a house.

The sale price revealed that Jamie and wife Jools, 48, made a mega £864,000 profit for each year they owned it.

The luxury pad is on the same road as the former home of late singer George Michael as well as supermodel Kate Moss’s old house.

The trustee company runs the estate of former Men Only, Escort and Club International owner Mr Raymond, who died in 2008 and was known as “the King of Soho”.

Its multi-million-pound property company – Soho Estates – is now part-run by his granddaughters Fawn and India James.

But despite the price paid the new owners have submitted plans to revamp Oliver’s former kitchen, housed in the basement of the four-storey property.

Paperwork reveals they also plan to move the kitchen to an open plan living and dining room and add a new family bathroom.

Documents filed to Camden Council say: “Current kitchen has low levels of natural lights and is disconnected from the living space.

“The new owner wishes to carry out a series of sensitive alterations to the property to ensure that it serves their long-term family needs, yet respects the unique historic character of the four-storey house.”

The Naked Chef star and Jools – who have five children – are now thought to live full-time at their Grade 1-listed 12-bedroom mansion in Essex.

He filmed Channel 4 show “Keep Cooking: Family Favourites” at the stunningly large pad, giving viewers a glimpse of its lush gardens.

The profit on his London home sale will be a huge boost to Oliver, whose restaurant chain Jamie’s Italian went bust in May 2019, owing millions to creditors.
