BIZARRE REDDIT POST FROM IDAHO MURDER SUSPECT ABOUT PSYCHOLOGICAL TRAITS & EMOTIONS OF CRIMINALS

Sources say the Kohbergers are testifying about the disappearance in May 2022 of Dana Smithers, who was found dead earlier this month.

Bryan Kohberger’s parents have been called to testify before a grand jury in Monroe County, Pennsylvania, where they live in the eastern portion of the state.

Although the proceedings are sealed and no official information has been released, WBRE reports that the grand jury is investigating the disappearance and death of Dana Smithers., a 45-year-old Stroudsberg mother, citing a “source close to the case.”

Smithers went missing a year ago and was found dead in a wooded area in Stroudsberg late last month.

WBRE’s source says that Kohberger, awaiting trial for the stabbing deaths four University of Idaho college students last November, has a solid alibi and is unlikely to be connected with Smithers’ disappearance or death.

A “source familiar with the situation” told CNN that Maryann Kohberger, the Idaho suspect’s mother, has already testified, while his father, Michael Kohberger, is expected to testify on Thursday. The source also told the network that an attorney for the Kohbergers tried unsuccessfully to have the subpoena for their testimony quashed.

Bryan Kohberger was arrested in late December at his parents’ Pennsylvania home, where he’d driven with his father from Washington State University in Pullman, less than 10 miles across the Idaho-Washington state line from the University of Idaho in Moscow, where students Madison Mogen, Kaylee Goncalves, Xana Kernodle, and Ethan Chapin were found dead on November 13.

He was held in the Monroe County Jail before he was extradited to Idaho in January, and a grand jury indicted him for the murders late last week. He was arraigned on Monday, and a judge entered not guilty pleas on his behalf, as CrimeOnline reported.

A trial date of October 2 was set.
