Was LeBron James spotted wearing a pink skirt and carrying a purse recently? Debunking the viral photo which has spread around Twitter and Reddit.
LeBron James is heading to the playoffs once again in what’s his 20th year in the NBA.
The Lakers had a tumultuous season in 2022-2023 but finished strongly, clinching the 7th seed in the Western Conference.
They now take on the Memphis Grizzlies in a best-of-seven series in the round one of the playoffs. Game 1 takes place in Memphis on Sunday, 16 April.
Was LeBron James spotted wearing a pink skirt? Photo debunked
The Lakers superstar is one of the most scrutinized athletes of all time. James is no stranger to ridicule over the years, with many seeing him as an easy target.
On social media recently, an alleged photo of LeBron James wearing a pink skirt and carrying a pink purse went viral. The image appeared to surface on Reddit first before circulating on Twitter.
The post claimed James wore a pink skirt to celebrate the birth of his daughter.

However the photo is not real. Many NBA fans thought the photos were legitimate but they have been either photoshopped or generated using Artificial Intelligence.
LeBron has worn some bold outfits over the years, but this isn’t one of them, as the image is fake.
James’s alleged ‘kindergarten’ photo also went viral recently
It comes after one Twitter account recently compared Michael Jordan and LeBron James’ alleged kindergarten photos. The post sees LeBron on the left hand side with glasses and a red sweater and braces. On the right is a black and white photo of a young MJ.
‘LeBron James vs Michael Jordan in kindergarten’, the caption read.
However, that too was a fake image, and not actually LeBron in elementary school.
Some fans responded by sharing an actual photo of LeBron James in elementary school and it’s nothing like the photo in the original post.
