JAMES ‘Arg’ Argent might have lost 13st but he proved you can still eat well on holiday.
The former Towie star posted several shots of himself enjoying stunning food, whilst on a luxury getaway to Abu Dhabi.

James, 35, treated his mum, Patricia Argent, to an Arabian trip to the United Arab Emirates where the pair lived it up.
The duo dined in style as the media personality took to his Instagram to show off some of the plush meals he has had.
He went to the five-star St Regis resort where they ate at the luxury Sontaya South East Asian Restaurant.
They dined on huge dishes of Thai delicacies whilst soaking up the stunning surroundings.
This comes after the former reality star recently opened up on his dramatic change in a mirror selfie on Instagram.

Captioning the post with an essay, he wrote: “The last year has been incredible and life-changing. Since having gastric sleeve surgery with @wearetransform I have lost over 13st, Dropping from 27st to 14st.
“The weight loss surgery alongside significant lifestyle changes has meant that I’m in the best form of my life – both physically and mentally.
“However, losing such a significant amount of weight has meant that there were areas of my body that I was still self-conscious about. That is why I made the decision to have a tummy tuck with @wearetransform to remove excess skin resulting from my weight loss that I couldn’t lose through diet and exercise alone.
“My surgery went smoothly and my doctors & nurses have been fantastic at explaining the procedure and guiding me through this journey – a big thank you to them.”
He added: “I’m still wearing my compression top but I’m healing well and can’t wait to see the final results.
“My journey to get to this place has taken years but I’m excited to see what the future holds and I can honestly say I have never felt as confident or more at peace with the man looking back at me in the mirror.”
