PAUL Cattermole made a heartbreakingly kind gesture following a TV appearance back in 2018.
Today it was confirmed S Club 7 singer Paul had passed away aged 46 just weeks after the band confirmed plans to reunite for their 25th anniversary.

Ahead of an appearance on Loose Women in 2018 Paul didn’t have enough money to buy a new outfit.
But producers provided the star with a long-sleeved black top to wear on the show.
Although bosses expected Paul would keep the shirt, he later took to Twitter to explain that he didn’t.
He wrote: “Thanks to all the Ladies @loosewomen thanks for being so nice.
“I left the shirt in the dressing room. Just in case you though I had pilfered it.”

Paul was open about struggling financially in 2018 and was forced to sell his Brit Award for £60k.
He told NME at the time: “A lot of people have been saying to me ‘Fair play to you, mate, sorry to hear you’re having difficult financial times.’
“I expected it to go for anything five to 10 [thousand]. I’ll be honest, if it had gone for that, I would have been happy. It just started going crazy.”
As news broke of Paul’s passing, his bandmates Rachel Stevens, Hannah Spearritt, Tina Barrett, Jon Lee, Bradley McIntosh and Jo O’Meara posted on social media: “We are truly devastated by the passing of our brother Paul.
“There are no words to describe the deep sadness and loss we all feel.
“We were so lucky to have had him in our lives and are thankful for the amazing memories we have.
“He will be so deeply missed by each and every one of us.
“We ask that you respect the privacy of his family and of the band at this time.”
The Sun understands there were “no suspicious circumstances” surrounding his death.
He had been set to join his former bandmates for a reunion tour in October this year.
