Orlando Strip Club Employs 15-Year-Old Dancer; 4 Arrested

The owner and three manager of a Florida strip club face human trafficking charges after deputies say they allowed a 17-year-old girl to work at the club “without proof of identification, age, or county required entertainer’s license.”

The girl had worked at Flash Dancer Orlando from 2019, when she was 15, until 2021, according to an affidavit seen by WKMG.

The affidavit also says that the suspects allowed the teen “to conduct sexually explicit performances in order to arouse or satisfy the sexual desires or appeal to the prurient interest.”

According to the document, the teen told investigators that she took the job at the club because her mom didn’t have a job and that she had other jobs doing nails and hair and also performed at other adult clubs in the area. She said that she lied about her age, telling everyone she was 20, when she took the job.

Police arrested club owner William Sierer, general manager Johnathan Johnson, assistant manager and house mom Kimberly Sinclair, and manager Paul Delvalle. They have been charged with human trafficking a child for commercial sexual activity.

The investigation was conducted by the multi-agency Metropolitan Bureau of Investigation, which said Flash Dancer Orlando “concealed (the victim’s) work as an adult entertainment dancer, by excluding her from every list sent to MBI, during the time (the victim) spent dancing at the establishment.”

The affidavit said that surveillance video showed dancers engaged in sex acts and that the owner featured the teen in prostitution advertisements for the club.
