While on a trip to the Big Apple to promote her new podcast “Bad Dates,” she appeared to be on cloud nine and having a fantastic time on the busy city’s streets.

In the first slide in the series of pictures on her page, she wore a pink robe over a tall pair of nude knee-high boots and kept her long dark locks in large rolls. She paired the look with bold red lip color and red heart-shaped sunglasses and held a white teacup.

The following snap was a close-up that featured the billboard of her new podcast in the background. A swipe to the left showed her hair down over her shoulder, holding the cup to her lips in front of a food bus as she displayed her long legs through the slit of her dress.

The fourth image was of the “Good Place” actress crossing the road happily with another pedestrian beside her. In the fifth slide, she held her cup up, seemingly cheering at the giant billboard behind her, while the sixth showed that her program was number one on the chart.

In the caption, Jamil shared that she felt better health-wise than in months, was more sociable and enjoyed the city’s infectious energy. She noted, “I ate truly INSANE food, and my podcast that I came here to promote just hit number 1 on the comedy charts, and people like it!!!”

In conclusion, she expressed her gratitude to all who made the trip fantastic and those supporting her podcast while humorously mentioning that she was feeling extremely bloated from all the food she ate.

Her joy was infectious as her fans jumped to the comments to praise her achievements. One die-hard follower commented, “If you stepped on us with those heels, we’d say thank you,” while another gushed, “Slayyy love the outfit continue being amazing queen 👑✨✨✨.”

A third user expressed their love for her outfit, stating, “Obsessed with the entire fit!! Mostly the pink coat!! Congratulations on the podcast!” A fourth wrote, “You look amazing!!!! I can’t wait to check out the pod! 💕💕💕.”

Earlier in the week, Los Angeles Times reported that the upcoming podcast would delve deep into the messy world of bad dates and that the show’s NSFW chaos spilled over into her morning show appearances.

During an interview on the “Today” show, she shared a story about a failed “booty call,” which left hosts Craig Melvin, Sheinelle Jones, and Dylan Dreyer in fits of laughter while leaving Al Roker at a loss for words.

She told the hosts, “He collapsed three steps in. He broke all of his front teeth. They flew across my apartment.” Jamil explained that the man had taken an erectile dysfunction drug incorrectly, causing him to collapse.

While the other hosts were relieved in disbelief, Roker’s reaction was less enthusiastic. He maintained a straight face and looked directly into the camera as Melvin noted it was “the worst” dating story.

Jamil Responds To Criticism Over Use Of F-Word During ‘The View’ Appearance

Jamil has been under constant media scrutiny since becoming a Hollywood star. Unsurprisingly, when she made a mistake during her recent appearance on “The View,” Entertainment Weekly immediately published an article calling it “bizarre.”

The Blast reported that as she was promoting her “Bad Dates” podcast, she shared an interesting anecdote about her dating history, stating, “I am what you would call a serial erection killer. I’d have my own Netflix documentary series about all the erections I’ve murdered.”

She commented on the exercise industry: “I see it as this exclusive club, this elitist place where you have to dress a certain way, and like, f**k. Sorry, I apologize for my language.”

Afterward, Jamil took to her Instagram Story to respond to the article by posting a screenshot of the headline and a caption that read, “The use of bizarre is used to make me sound unhinged. But actually, we had a F**king BLAST, and they’ve invited me back to co-host sometimes. I love them; they’re so fun.”

In another slide, she shared a screenshot of an article that claimed she had made the show’s panel laugh with her “raunchy fart jokes.” Seemingly unfazed by the negative press, she wrote across the image, “Ahahahaha welp. What a week so far. I have LIVE NEWS today.”
