A fitness fanatic has revealed her weight and height on TikTok in an effort to show that ‘weight looks different on everyone’.

Hannah Barry, based in the UK, is a fitness coach who regularly posts her workout routines and motivational thoughts on her social media profiles.

Taking to TikTok last week, the gym lover revealed her weight and height, which is 185 lbs and 5’10”, respectively, to show that weight can appear different on each person.

‘Welcome to tall girl gym Tok,’ read the caption while a selection of her workouts was shown. ‘I weigh 185 lbs and I’m 5’10”. Weight looks different on EVERYONE,’ it concluded.

The blonde beauty performed a selection of exercises in her flattering workout gear, showcasing her toned legs, arms and stomach in a sports bra and shorts.

Making crunches, squats and leg lifts look easy, the fitness coach appeared to show her determination when it came to working out at the gym.

Viewers praised the TikToker, with one writing: ‘I always hate talking about my actual weight because it’s always more than my friends. I’m 5’9” and they are all tiny, so thank you for this.’

Another person said: ‘I needed this so bad as a 5’9.5 girly,’ while a third added: ‘Thanks girl! We need this representation!’

It comes after a fitness coach shared her top three secrets to weight loss and what she wished she knew when she started her own journey.

Co-founder of Slim Mama Co and mum Nikki, who lives in NSW, says that knowing these three tips would have made her life so much easier when she lost 20 kilos after birth.

The first secret the solo mum swears by is to spend time walking rather than completing high intensity exercises.

The fitness coach says that walking is just as effective for weight loss and helps burn calories faster.

Nikki’s next secret is to not stress about going over your calories by one day, as it will make no difference to overall weight loss.

She says this won’t make any changes to your fitness journey as long as you get back on track the next day.

Her third and final secret that she wished she knew is that weight will not be lost every single week.

‘There’s going to be weeks where you don’t lose and you do lose,’ Nikki said.  The fitness coach reminds us to accept this weight loss fact and to be ready for the ride ahead.
