Bailey was last seen Sunday morning in St. Johns, Florida after her family reported her missing at 10 a.m. Sunday.
Her body was discovered by a neighbor, in the woods next to her Durbin Crossing house. Bailey was stabbed 114 times, with 49 of the wounds inflicted on his hands and arms, according to Florida State Attorney RJ Larizza, who provided an update on the case on Thursday, May 27. Tristyn Bailey Parents
Lariza called the injuries “defensive”, adding that Bailey “fought for his life” while sustaining them.
