The Today Show, formally known as Today, is an American morning television show that airs on weekdays from 7 AM to 11 AM on NBC.
The show debuted on January 14, 1952, and was the first of its genre on television. After 71 years of broadcasting from NBC Studios in New York City’s Rockefeller Center, it continues to be a staple in the daily lives of millions of Americans.

Savannah Guthrie
Savannah Guthrie is the co-anchor of NBC News’ TODAY. She also serves as NBC News’ chief legal correspondent. Guthrie first joined TODAY as a co-host of the third hour in June 2011.
In her 12 years at the program, she has built up an impressive portfolio of high-profile interviews, having sat down with Donald Trump, Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, and Mark Zuckerberg.
Guthrie has also interviewed the likes of Beyoncé, Selena Gomez, and Meryl Streep.
Savannah is close friends with Drew Barrymore and the pair recently got matching tattoos which they shared in an Instagram post.
Guthrie is also a New York Times bestselling author, a title she achieved with her 2017 children’s book, Princesses Wear Pants, which she co-authored with Alli Oppenheim.
Hoda Kotb
Hoda Kotb is the co-anchor of NBC News’ TODAY. She is also the co-host of TODAY’s fourth hour, alongside Jenna Bush Hager.
Kotb joined NBC News in 1998 as a correspondent for Dateline NBC. Since then, she has been honored with Emmy awards, a Gracie award, and an Edward R. Murrow award.
Having lived in New Orleans for six years, Kotb covered the aftermath and one-year anniversary of Hurricane Katrina.
Kotb resides in New York City but graduated from Virginia Tech University with a Bachelor of Arts in broadcast journalism. She welcomed her first daughter, Haley Joy, in February 2017 and her second, Hope Catherine, in April 2019.
Jenna Bush Hager

Jenna Bush Hager is the co-host of TODAY with Hoda & Jenna. She joined TODAY as a correspondent and contributor in August 2009. Jenna is the daughter of former President George W Bush.

Prior to joining TODAY, she was a reading teacher at a public school in Baltimore, having started her career as an elementary school teacher in Washington, DC, in 2005. She is currently an editor-at-large for Southern Living magazine.
In 2011, Jenna was honored as one of Glamour’s Women of the Year alongside her mother, Laura Bush, and sister, Barbra Bush.
Craig Melvin
Craig Melvin is a news anchor on The Today Show, a co-host of the 3rd hour of TODAY, an anchor on MSNBC Live, and a host of Dateline NBC. He joined NBC News and MSNBC in July 2011 and has been part of the cast of the Today Show since 2018.
Melvin resides in Connecticut with his wife, award-winning sportscaster Lindsay Czarniak, as well as his son Delano and daughter Sybil.
Al Roker
Al Roker is the weather and feature anchor of NBC News’ TODAY, as well as the co-host of the 3rd hour of TODAY. He joined the Today Show cast in January 1996.
In November 2014, Roker broke the Guinness World Record for the Longest Uninterrupted Live Weather Report Broadcast by providing 34 hours of continuous weather coverage in what was known as Rokerthon.
The following year in October 2015, Rokerthon 2 broke the Guinness World Record for the Fastest Time to Report a Weather Forecast from All 50 US States, which he completed in one week.
In March 2017 Rokerthon 3 saw Roker visit five colleges across the country in five days to help college students break additional Guinness World Records.

Sheinelle Jones
Sheinelle Jones is a co-host of NBC News’ 3rd hour of TODAY and a mid-week correspondent for TODAY.
Jones also hosts Through Mom’s Eyes, a digital series for TODAY where she visits the mothers of celebrities to discuss their journey and to get their unique take on raising successful children.
She also hosts a monthly wellness show for TODAY’s new streaming platform on Peacock TV.
Dylan Dreyer
Dylan Dreyer is the co-host of the 3rd Hour of The Today Show and serves as a weekday weather correspondent and regular co-host for TODAY and Nightly News with Lester Holt.
Throughout the years, Dreyer has reported live from some of history’s worst storms, including Hurricane Harvey, Boston’s record-breaking snowfall in 2015, and the North American polar vortex of 2014.
Dreyer is a two-time New York Times Bestseller for her children’s books, Misty the Cloud: Friends Through Rain or Shine, and Misty the Cloud: A Very Stormy Day.
