Minnesota police are searching for a young boy who reportedly vanished from his home this week in the Cass Lake area of Prescott.
According to the Leech Lake Tribal Police Department, 8-year-old Alfred Desjarlait III was last seen leaving his home near 140th St. NW and Wakonabo Dr. NW on foot on March 15, at around 5:30 p.m. It’s unclear which direction he headed in where he could have been going.

Alfred is described as a Native American male who stands 4 feet tall and weighs around 80 pounds. He has black hair and hazel eyes and was last seen wearing multi-colored Puma shoes, jeans, and a black Timberland jacket.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is urged to contact the Leech Lake Tribal Police Department at 218-335-8277 or call 911.
