The Bay Season 4: Returning for a fourth season is ITV’s The Bay. The popular police show starring Marsha Thomason as DS Jenn Townsend, Daniel Ryan as DI Anthony “Tony” Manning, Erin Shanagher as DS Karen Hobson and Andrew Dowbiggin as DS James “Clarkie” Clarke will return on March 8.

DS Jenn Townsend, co-ordinator of the parenting program for Morecambe Police, works around the clock whenever an unprovoked attack is suspected, according to preliminary information for the upcoming season. The devastated family, the Metcalfs, witness the horror when they arrive on the scene.

The Bay Season 4 All Star Cast
Marsha Thomason, who took over the lead role from Morven Christie, who played DS Lisa Armstrong, in season three, will reprise her role as DS Jenn Townsend, Morecambe Police’s community liaison officer. The White Collar, Cobra, and Lost are just some of the TV shows that ITV viewers remember Marsha from.
The Bay Season 4 Review
The return in season four was fantastic. Compared to last year, when I was a new girl and a bit scared, this year I felt more competent and it was just so nice. Thanks to our friendship, we stay in touch even when we’re not filming.

Since I live in LA, it’s especially nice to go back and see everyone. “Before, when they went out for tea or cocktails, they would email me pictures, so I felt like I was losing out,” said Marsha. This year’s guest list includes both new faces and those returning to their roles. Daragh Carville, series co-creator and writer, said of the cast joining the upcoming season: The Metcalfs serve as our main family in this series.
Joe Armstrong, one of our musical heroes, portrays Dean Metcalf, the protagonist of the crime thriller, and he does an incredibly excellent job. I have wanted to work with him for years, so I was happy when he accepted a place in our group.
He was exceptional, his work on screen is stunning and I believe he is truly one of a kind. I am also extremely happy with the other performers we have; it is a pleasure for me as a film playwright to be able to create material for performers of this level., some words were also heard.
