Law Roach, the celebrity stylist, has announced on social media that he is to retire, citing politics, “lies and false narratives”.
Many celebrities in the fashion world and beyond shared their well-wishes with Roach in the comment section of his post, including Naomi Campbell and Lauren Jauregui.
Roach is best known for his work styling Zendaya, but has dressed a whole range of celebrities such as Hunter Schafer, Kerry Washington, and Megan Thee Stallion. The stylist also appeared as a judge on HBO Max’s competition show Legendary.
Law Roach announces retirement
Roach announced his retirement on Instagram and thanked everyone who has supported him and his career over the years.
He said: “Every person that trusted me with their image, I’m so grateful for you all. If this business was just about the clothes I would do it for the rest of my life but unfortunately it’s not!”
The stylist continued on to explain that “the politics, the lies and false narratives” finally got him. “You win … I’m out,” the post ended.
Celebs show out for Roach on Instagram
A plethora of celebrities took to the comment section of Roach’s post to offer their support to the stylist.
Edward Enninful, editor-in-chief of British Vogue, said: “You will always have a home @britishvogue.”

Meanwhile, Niecy Nash wrote: “We all come or go on our OWN terms. If you’re done because you want your next role, blessings to you…. If you’re having a “moment”, keep your main character energy! Either way: you got this!”
“Law I won’t let you !!!! We don’t quit .. strived to hard,” Naomi Campbell said.
Lauren Jauregui also weighed in, commenting: “We’re gonna miss youuuuu.”
