A Louisiana man who vanished last Friday at a music festival in Florida was found dead the following day, authorities said.
According to the Charlotte Observer, Steven Nguyen’s body was discovered by someone else who attended the 2023 Okeechobee Music Festival. A friend last saw Nguyen, 26, at the outdoor venue’s Incendia Stage — not far from where his body was eventually located, submerged in water.
Reports indicated that despite Saturday’s grisly discovery, the remainder of the four-day concert proceeded as planned.

Okeechobee County said they are investigating Nguyen’s death as an accidental drowning. Foul play is not suspected.
