DANI Dyer has revealed a worrying side effect of her pregnancy as she prepares to welcome her twins.
The former Love Island star took to her Instagram to answer a fan Q&A on Thursday when she admitted she had been struggling.

Dani, 26, allowed fans to “catch up” with her by asking questions about her pregnancy, including if she could still “walk”.
One of her followers penned: “How are you coping with walking? I couldn’t walk very early on with my twins.”
The influencer went on to reveal that she had developed a painful side effect, after she started “limping” days ago.
“By the end of the day, I honestly can’t walk any more,” Dani replied. “I have to get into bed quite early as by the evening everything hurts.
“I woke up with a limp the other day, whole day I was limping and then the next day I was absolutely fine. Very bizarre.”
It comes after Dani showed off her growing baby bump as she grabbed a drink and a croissant on a pre-birth day out.

The influencer, who is already mum to son Santiago, is expecting twins with boyfriend Jarrod Bowen.
In her snap, Dani is seen wearing a white T-shirt and shirt, while her hair is tied off her face as she gave a peek at her baby bump.
Elsewhere, taking to Instagram for a Q&A this week, Dani was quizzed about the names she had picked out.
When asked about the theme being unique or traditional, she said: “I think we have decided both the names.
“Jarrod always wanted one of the names so that was settled for twin one, however, twin two I was struggling.
“I always wanted a certain name but kept thinking would it work (it’s not the most common name) but I’m going to go for it.
“I think I’d really regret not choosing the name I always loved deep down.”
Explaining that some people may not approve, she added: “People really have negative opinions on baby names I had that a lot with Santi so I’m prepared for that again.”
Dani and West Ham footballer Jarrod went public with their relationship in October 2021.
She shares Santiago with her ex Sammy Kimmence.
