The Block’s Sharon Johal has revealed she won’t be returning to reality TV anytime soon as she has landed a role in a major Hollywood film.
Sharon, 35, has been cast in Rickey Stanicky as a CNN anchor, alongside A-list stars Zac Efron, John Cena and Jim Carey.
However, the former Neighbours actress had to sacrifice a huge opportunity due to her commitment to the film, turning down a stint on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!
‘While I was very flattered to be asked to be on, my priority will always be working as a professional actor and I’m very excited about the opportunities I’ve worked so hard for both locally and overseas,’ she told the Herald Sun.
She added that she is looking forward to working with Channel 10 again ‘soon.’
