Antonio Conte’s Tottenham Hotspur are competing with Jose Mourinho’s AS Roma and Massimiliano Allegri’s Juventus for Empoli goalkeeper Guglielmo Vicario, according to CMW.
Tottenham Hotspur, AS Roma and Juventus want Empoli goalkeeper Guglielmo Vicario
The Italian news outlet has claimed that Tottenham, Juventus and Roma all want to sign Vicario from Empoli in the summer transfer window.
Spurs head coach Conte wants to sign a goalkeeper as a long-term replacement for Vicario, who moved to Empoli on a permanent contract from Cagliari in the summer of 2022 for €8.5 million (£7.52 million)
Good potential signing for Spurs
In our view, Guglielmo Vicario would be a good signing for Tottenham Hotspur in the summer transfer window.

That the 26-year-old goalkeeper is on the radar of Italian heavyweights such as AS Roma and Juventus show how good he is.

Vicario has done well at Empoli, and it would make sense for him to move on at the end of the season.
The Italian club are unlikely to stop the goalkeeper from leaving if they get a good offer.
Hugo Lloris is a very good goalkeeper, but the Frenchman is in his mid-30s now, and Tottenham need to find a suitable replacement.
