RYAN Thomas revealed his chiselled abs in a loved up snap with fiancee Lucy Mecklenburgh on holiday.
The pair, who got engaged back in 2019, recently jetted off to Barbados to spend quality time with their family.

Last night Lucy, 31, and Ryan, 38, shared an insight into their lavish trip on social media.
In one snap the couple posed for a picture on the beach.
Former Coronation Street star Ryan showed off his incredible physique in some coloured swimshorts.
The actor was all smiles with his amazing abs and muscly arms on display as he stood next to his fiancee.
Lucy looked stunning in a floral swimming costume and green beach shorts.
She completed the look with cat eye sunglasses and a gold watch.
The couple have got up to plenty of fun things while they’ve been away.
They have sipped cocktails on the beach, enjoyed some incredible food and even played a game of tennis.
Ryan also showed off his impressive water skiing skills in a video uploaded to his Instagram story.

This is the pair’s second holiday this year after their romantic trip to Paris.
The reality TV stars headed to the French capital back in January.
It came a month after their stunning family holiday to Lapland.
Ryan fell for Lucy in 2017 when they spent a month battling for survival on Celebrity Island With Bear Grylls.
Two years later, Ryan proposed to Lucy during a romantic trip to Italy.
They share two kids – Roman, two, and nine-month old Lilah Rae.
Ryan is also dad to Scarlett, 14, who he shares with ex Tina O’Brien, 39.
The star is best known for playing Jason Grimshaw on the ITV soap between 2000 and 2016.
Meanwhile Lucy was on ITVBe’s Towie from 2010 to 2013.
