Approximately 60 Fire and Rescue NSW (FRNSW) crews and 16 fire trucks responded to a massive blaze in Sydney’s south-west overnight.
A petrol station on Lindesay Street, near Dan Street, in Campbelltown caught alight just after 10.15pm on Friday, with staff calling triple zero immediately.
It’s not yet known what sparked the blaze.
Locals reported sounds of explosions in the area to 9News.com.au before seeing flames jump high into the night sky.

FRNSW confirmed the main building was well alight and has partially collapsed plus a petrol tanker, three cars and several LPG cylinders are also engulfed in flames.
There are also fears for a liquor store nearby, which already has smoke coming out of the premises.
Firefighters are working through the night to contain the blaze with multiple road closures in place and authorities asking people to avoid the area.
