Who is John Luke Robertson?
John Luke Robertson, born on the 11th of October 1995, is an American television personality, who became famous after appearing in the show “Duck Dynasty.” He also became known for publishing a series of books for youths.
John Luke Robertson’s Early Life
Robertson was born in West Monroe, Louisiana, the son of Willie and Korie Robertson, and has four siblings named Sadie, Bella, Lil Will and Rebecca. He was educated at Ouachita Christian High School, and later enrolled at the Liberty University, a Christian school in Lynchburg, Virginia. He is currently studying Camping Outdoor and Adventure Leadership. As a young man, Robertson spent most of his summers working at a Christian youth camp, Camp Ch-Yo-Ca.

Robertson’s career indirectly started in 2012, when his family became the center of a new reality series entitled “Duck Dynasty” on the network A&E. The show started when he was 14 years old, and centered on the Robertson family and their booming business, the Duck Commander. “Duck Dynasty” became one of the most watched reality television series in the US, and at one point was able to set the record with 11.8 million viewers. The show helped catapult Robertson to popularity, and also increased his net worth.

His first book, “Own Duck Commander” was released in 2014, and was followed by a four-book fiction series including “Willie’s Redneck Time Machine”, “Si in Space”, “Jase and The Deadliest Hunter” and “Phil and the Ghost of Camp Ch-Yo-Ca.” His passion for the written word also helped his career as well as his wealth. Today, John Luke is still actively serving in Christian youth camps, is an occasional motivational speaker, and still an author. He published another book in 2016 entitled “Young and Beardless: The Search of God, Purpose and a Meaningful Life,” which recounts his life as a young man trying to figure out his future and his God-given calling.
