But earlier this week The Sun exclusively revealed that the couple had reunited – and Katie wanted to keep it a secret.

Now Carl, 33, has backed this after posting a recent video on Instagram.

The car dealer filmed a sponsored ad for a meal prep company and you can tell he filmed it in the Mucky Mansion because it’s the kitchen that has been shown on her Channel 4 show.

Another tell-tale sign is the cars that are parked outside, seen both out of the window and in the reflection of the oven.

They were pictured there recently after The Sun revealed the former glamour model is facing an ‘unlimited fine’ after council row over her Mucky Mansion.

Adding to that, the date on the ready meal is January 30.

Earlier this week it was revealed that the pair, who started dating in June 2020, got back together.

Since going their separate ways in November last year, fans have been scratching their heads in recent weeks to know if they were an item again.

Last week Katie hinted she has once again reunited with the reality star after she enjoyed a roast dinner with him at home.

The Sun exclusively revealed that the pair are back together.

A source said: “Katie and Carl are back together but she’s trying to keep it secret as not all of her family and friends approve.

“He’s already living back in the house and she’s wearing the engagement ring again.”

Katie’s rep had no comment.

Last month Katie’s daughter Bunny, eight, let slip on an Instagram Live that Carl was “sleeping upstairs”.
