FORMER Towie star Dan Osborne is facing no further police action over a suspected assault at his wife Jacqueline Jossa’s 30th birthday party.
Dan, 31, who also appeared on Celebrity Big Brother, was accused of leaving a guest with a broken jaw in the bust-up at 3am on November 6 last year.

The dad-of-two was said to have been led away in handcuffs by police after being arrested at his mansion, which he shares with I’m a Celeb winner Jacqueline, in Essex.
Dan had been due to answer police bail on Thursday last week when it was expected he would learn whether he was going to be charged.
But an Essex Police spokesperson said today: “A 31 year-old man arrested has been told he faces no further action.”
Dan’s official spokesman earlier told The Sun last year that Dan was confident about not being convicted of any crime.
The spokesman said last year: “What I can say is that Dan felt provoked during the incident and is confident that he will clear his name when the full details become clear.”
Jacqueline was said to have been left in tears after her 30th birthday party at her home erupted into violence and her hubby was arrested.

he ex-EastEnders star had her hair in loose waves and wore a full face of glam make-up in an update on her Instagram page.
She wrote: “30 and thriving. Couldn’t be happier right now. Feel so blessed and have everything I need and more.”

The night is said to have turned sour when a fight broke out in the couple’s garden.
Several guests are said to have been injured and one person was taken to hospital with a broken jaw which later needed surgery, The Sun reported last November.
Neighbours woken by the commotion called police, leading to Dan being nicked on suspicion of GBH and ABH as cops broke up the boozy bash.
He was kept in custody and released on bail the following afternoon.
GBH has a maximum sentence of five years imprisonment.
The guest with the broken jaw was said to have been initially too poorly to give a statement and remained in hospital for four days.
One of the injured was a 21-year-old cousin of Jacqueline’s who lives in Eltham, South East London.
A source said: “It was a mass brawl that turned really nasty.
A number of partygoers have been badly injured. One guest required facial surgery.“Jac was crying because her dream birthday do turned sour.”
Influencer Jacqueline — who played Lauren Branning in EastEnders from 2010 until 2018 — last year hinted at renewing her vows with Dan when she shared an Insta image of what looked like in a wedding dress.
The Sun exclusively revealed that the couple were planning to hold another ceremony after Jacqueline decided to give love-cheat Dan “one more chance” after winning I’m A Celebrity in 2019.
Essex Police said in an earlier statement soon after Dan’s arrest: “A 31- year-old man arrested has been released on bail until January 26. He was arrested on suspicion of GBH and ABH.”
