Bennett Joseph Savage, often referred to as Ben Savage, was born on September 13, 1980, in Chicago, Illinois.
He is famously known for his portrayal of Cory Matthews in Boy Meets World and its Disney Channel sequel Girl Meets World.
Outside of the Boy Meets World franchise, he is known for his roles in Little Monsters and The Wonder Years, in which he starred alongside his brother, Fred Savage.

In August 2022, Savage shocked the nation when he announced his bid for West Hollywood City Council. However, his campaign was ultimately unsuccessful.

In January 2023, it was reported by Fox11 that Savage plans on running for Congress in 2024 as a Democratic candidate for California’s 30th House District.

Is Ben Savage married?
Savage has been in the spotlight his whole life, yet he has managed to keep details of his personal life private.
However, he did give fans an inside look at his dating life by announcing his engagement to girlfriend Tessa Angermeier.
“The best is yet to come,” he captioned an Instagram post.
“They are both very grateful and enjoying this exciting time with their families and friends,” Savage’s rep said in a statement to PEOPLE.
It was once rumored that Savage and his Boy Meets World co-star Danielle Fishel were dating because she told the Los Angeles Times in 2013 that they went on a date in the 90s.
The rumor was fuelled by the fact that they both acted as a couple in Boy Meets World.
However, Fishel later clarified that they were never involved in any romantic relationship and she is now married to Jensen Karp.
