New York officials have issued an alert for a missing 13-year-old boy with autism who vanished on Monday.

The New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services said in an alert that Dante Holmes was last seen in the Bronx. According to WNYW, authorities said the teen is possibly in imminent danger and may require medical attention.

Additional details regarding Holmes’ disappearance were not provided.

According to the alert, the missing teen is 5 feet, 7 inches tall, weighs approximately 190 pounds, and has black hair and brown eyes. He was reportedly last seen wearing a yellow T-shirt, gray sweatpants, and blue and white sneakers.
