Multiple ambulances rushed to Kosciuszko Road, near Guthega Road, following the crash just before 5.30pm today.
Police were told the bus, carrying about 40 adults and children, had gone down a small embankment on the side of the road.
No one was trapped but some people were injured, police said.
A NSW Ambulance spokesperson said there were seven patients — including four children — revised down from eight earlier in the evening, all with minor injuries.
Paramedics assessed two other children but they didn’t need to be taken to hospital.
“This would have been a really scary experience for everyone involved, especially the children, but everyone kept calm while we assessed and treated those who were injured,” NSW Ambulance Inspector Jennifer Barker said.
